About Us:
We are a growing accounting, insurance, and networking services firm in Atlanta looking for a skilled Social Media Coordinator to elevate our online presence. We need someone who can share both planned content and breaking content, optimize posts with SEO, and act as a community manager to stay constantly connected to and engaged with our audiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Create visually stunning social media graphics and ads using templates that align with our brand identity.
- Execute SEO-driven social media strategies and posting calendars to improve reach and engagement.
- Manage and schedule content across social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord.
- Run and manage Google Ads and paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize captions, hashtags, and post descriptions for search visibility.
- Analyze social media performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and SEO tools to track results and improve strategies.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and managing online communities.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, SEO updates, and best practices across all platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in social media marketing, content creation, and ad management.
- You understand basic design principles (e.g. sizing/margins, branding consistency) and are able to create professional, high-quality graphics and ads.
- Experience with SEO keyword research, optimizing posts, and improving organic reach.
- Experience with setting up, managing, and optimizing Google and Meta ad campaigns.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc. to track and report on performance.
- Excellent writing skills—you can craft compelling captions, ad copy, and blog snippets.
- Availability between the hours of 8AM and 5PM EST.
- Video-editing skills a plus.
What We Offer:
- Flexible remote work environment
- Opportunity to grow and lead digital marketing initiatives
