Who You Are
The Strategic Account Manager role is key to the ongoing growth & success of more than 60 years of Pelsue innovation. You will have responsibility for maintaining & building on current key & strategic customer relationships. This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding our client relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving growth. Strategic accounts are in the telecom, satellite communications, & first responder industries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, with key enterprise accounts
Subject Matter Expert:
Develop expert level knowledge on Pelsue products, to deliver tailored solutions to clients
Customer Collaboration:
Develop partnerships with enterprise level clients, and work in collaboration with them to deliver solutions to other end users
Market Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and client feedback to provide insight and recommendations to internal teams.
Growth:

Metrics and Reporting:
Ensure regular use of CRM to stay organized and position yourself and the company for success.
Competencies
Ability to interact with first responders, corporate decision makers, executives and others at all levels of the organization.
Proficient with using the Microsoft suite of products.
Aptitude for technical specifications and the ability to deliver technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
Excellent communication, customer service & interpersonal skills.

Work Environment
This position operates in both office and remote environments, requiring regular interaction with stakeholders and customers around the country.
Physical Demands
Ability to travel and assist with setting up tradeshow booths.
Regular standing, walking, and communication with team members.
Occasional lifting of materials up to 50 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, in-person position that will require occasional travel and extended hours as needed.
Travel
Travel will be required, with visits to customer locations, industry events & tradeshows.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Communications or related field (Preferred)
5+ years of experience in sales and customer interaction in a B2B, municipal and/or government sales environment.
Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
