Overview
Position OverviewOur Company employs a strong team of fitness professionals, and the successful candidate will assist the Company Owners and Management Team with brand marketing support, business development, social media management, administration and operations. Compensations will be dependent upon the skills and qualifications of the successful candidate, but may be between $25-32 per hour, or a salary equivalent, plus bonus potential.
The candidate should be a marketing and social media rockstar, have solid computer skills, above-average attention to detail, superior organizational skills, flexibility and adaptability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing & Events
Deeply understand each of our brands and what makes them unique in the industry.Create and manage a strategic marketing plan, driving community-based lead-generation activities for all studios.Maintain an events calendar and work with brand teams to plan and execute them, including setup and tear-down.Manage the social media team and social media accounts, coordinating with social media managers to execute marketing strategies.Stay up-to-date on corporate monthly promotions, and assist with training and communication to studio staff.Manage ad vendors to optimize digital advertising spend.Coordinate member and prospect communications, such as email and text campaigns.
Business Development
Participate in community organizations, such as chambers of commerce, networking organizations, and other professional organizations.Establish and maintain business partnerships.
Company Operations
Organize company events and meetings.Assist with ordering marketing supplies, materials, displays, and other items.Maintain and organize paper and electronic files.Prepare business reporting.
Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude; promote and exemplify Company values, and represent Company objectives and interests to internal and external customers.Comply with established safe work practices and attend to all safety-related training provided or made available by the Company.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Company Management.

Education and/or Experience
6+ years of work experience, preferably in marketing / sales / operationsDemonstrated ability to grow businesses with effective and creative marketing strategies

Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via emailTechnical prowess: Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, Google Applications, Microsoft ExcelAbility to learn ClubReady, Paychex and other company systemsStrong customer service skillsSolid writing and grammar skillsProfessional, punctual, reliable and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicAbility to stay calm at all times and act respectfully and professionallyProficient with computers and studio softwareEffective networker with community and business leaders and influencers
