Your primary purpose is to ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of content while adhering to established guidelines and standards. You will collaborate with writers and other team members to deliver engaging and informative materials to our audience.Responsibilities+ Performing basic and advance trouble shooting and answers content and process questions within the team and others within the organization.+ Preparing, proofread and update Shepard's print products and Official Reports print publications for quality and completeness before release to customers+ Participating in intra/inter team discussions regarding work processes and policies that help in process improvement of online and offline products+ Performing basic and advance/complex processes and database content maintenance for jurisdictions within the Official Reports teams.+ Performing applicable Official Reports print tagging to prepare incoming documents for the Official print process.+ Applying jurisdictional specific style manual rules when proofreading Official Reports publications+ Applying core/advanced editorial policies, processes and database content maintenance for online and offline productsRequirements+ Have a Paralegal or BA degree or equivalent experience.+ Work independently or in conjunction with others to establish deadlines and conform to all production specifications and requirements+ Demonstrate attention to detail and demonstrated editorial/proofreading ability.+ Demonstrate effective attention to detail and reading comprehension skills to aid in preparation of documents for Official Reports print stage.+ Demonstrate CR/FAB Editor knowledge including XML mark-up and tagging. 7. Demonstrated proficiency in the performance of core and advanced editorial and production processes in assigned and multiple jurisdictions. 8.
