Public Relations & Communications Manager

Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, is located only a few steps away from the Masjid Al Haram and the Holy Ka’aba. This 76-story hotel is part of the King Abdul Aziz Endowment Project, an iconic symbol of hospitality in the Holy City.
Job Description:
- Develop and manage annual PR plans and budgets.
- Contribute to hotel revenue targets.
- Create strategies to maximize profitability through effective PR management.
- Act as a spokesperson for the hotels.
- Generate new media initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing to support initiatives.
- Write and disseminate press materials.
- Advise on marketing and advertising copy.
- Maintain media lists and contact information.
- Organize media visits and outreach.
- Submit monthly media reports.
- Facilitate crisis communications training.
- Provide writing support to executives.
- Monitor public perception and provide strategic insights.
- Assist with branded programs.
- Pitch innovative stories to garner media exposure.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree in PR, journalism, or related field required.
- Minimum 3 years PR experience, preferably in luxury brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
- Proven ability to build partnerships.
