Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:• Oversee and manage property websites design andfunctionality, ensuring quality and accuracy.• Manage SEM, including paid advertising and SEOusing a third-party agency.• Manage internet listing services to attractleads for the properties. Monitorperformance, ensure integration is working, and negotiate best pricing.• Design and distribute approved CorporateNewsletters; assist properties with best practices for newsletter design andcontent• Operate the corporate LinkedIn account, postingrelevant and engaging material to attract followers; Actively expand followerbase to meet targets.• Coordinate ordering of site and corporatepromotional items. With the input of business leaders, produce and maintainbusiness development materials• Help the sites to engage their residents throughevents by actively partnering to brainstorm, implement and share best eventpractices.• Build strong relationships with conventionalproperties, industry vendors, and ownership groups.• Develop effective marketing tools, policies, andbest practices for property use by staying current on industry trends.• Assist Community Managers and Regional PropertyManagers in developing and monitoring the marketing budgets, plans, andprojects for their respective properties.• Manage the procuring of marketing andpromotional materials for properties and company.• Oversee Google Business pages, review responses,and encourage campaigns to offset negative reviews.• Manage data entry and moderate/administer bestpractices regarding social media accounts (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube,etc.)• Assist with acquisition and disposition ofproperties.• Display original thinking and creativity; meetchallenges with resourcefulness; generate suggestions and innovativeapproaches; present ideas and information in a manner that gets others'attention.• Review, update, and make recommendations on rentchanges, advertising specials, amenities, property marketing, and traffic• Regularly report on key performance indicatorsthat are related to marketing including leads per source, cost per lease, andreview scores.• Assist with special projects, siteadministration, and other tasks when assigned or requested.
Preferred Qualifications• 2 years + in Property Management• 2 years + in Marketing• Experience with YARDI and/or RentCafe• Degree in Marketing or Design• Attention to detail• Organized• High quality written and verbal communication• Strong analytical decision making
Full Time, M-F 8-5
