Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
CCM or Engineering/Architectural Licenses issues by the State of California, Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification
10+ years of experience within architectural or planning industry in life sciences, justice and public agencies.
5+ years’ experience leading and assisting with business development and growth strategy development
Strong working knowledge in design and construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, environmental and LEED applications, team building and client relationship building.
Excellent knowledge of all phases of project development from conceptual design through construction administration.
Experience with public agencies, facility
Attention to detail, with depth of understanding of contract document coordination and technical aspects of project development.
Excellent organization skills, with ability to oversee simultaneous projects in a fast paced environment
Good communication skills necessary to lead consultants, facilitate discussions with client stakeholders, interface with PMO team and keep supervisors and up to date
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
Proven experience with large and small deferred maintenance programs in occupied facilities
Experience with both design-bid-build, design-build and progressive delivery method
Master’s degree in architecture
