The right candidate will be intimately familiar with building communities from the ground up and must have experience as a 'brand personality' short format-driven writer and in resourcing and visualizing content in the form of (but not limited to) videos, photos, and graphics. This individual should fully understand current social marketing trends and channel algorithms and will be client-facing so the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Consistently ideate and pitch fresh new creative concepts for our clients utilizing channel strategy that can include Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Tik TokWork with clients to pitch and deliver social media strategies that drive business outcomesUtilize Sprout or other analytics tools to determine daily and weekly rising trends and make recommendations to clients on ways to engageLead editorial planning for clients and help determine exciting new ways to engage brand communities through creative contentDevelop content for all relevant social media channels, while following established brand strategy and creative directionCollaborate with the strategy team, project manager, and account team to understand deliverable expectations, communicate needs, provide updates on timelines, and problem-solve any issues that ariseWork cross functionally with creative and digital marketing departments to help create social content that is in line with business objectives, brand marketing and brand launchPlanning and implementation of everyday and long-term social media strategy and campaignsDistribute assets to all project stakeholders, make any changes or adjustments needed, and redistribute final assets in a timely and effective mannerManage multiple responsibilities to produce and deliver high quality work according to scheduleDevelop regular analytics reports for clients on the effectiveness of organic social effortsCollaborate closely with the paid social team to determine opportunities for boosting content reachQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience in social media campaign content development and strategy either in-house at a brand or with an agencyStrong writing and graphic social portfolio that demonstrates how you develop and nurture a campaignProven experience seeing projects through from inception to productionDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines, take feedback and thrive in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with strong organizational and communication skills that support the rest of the teamMust be a US Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust Security Clearance
