Primary Job Responsibilities:Marketing Automation Management: Take ownership of our marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo) to design, build, and execute automated campaignsCampaign Execution: Develop and implement automated email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and customer journey workflows to drive engagement and conversionsSupport Management: Establish standardized inflow processes for handling requests and tickets from Sales teams, prioritizing work, and adhering to SLAsStrategy & Objectives: Own and drive our marketing operations strategy and objectives (OKRs)Training and Documentation: Update and evangelize internal documentation and training materials for new tools or automation introduced by platform teamsTeam Performance: Develop and monitor team metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvementTeam Leadership: Lead and build a team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure operational excellence and alignment with business objectivesCross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for organizational efficiency improvements via automationRoadmap Contribution: Contribute ideas and insights to the Sales Platform team for inclusion in the automation roadmapCompany Values: Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviorsCompany Initiatives: Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field6+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS company2+ years of experience managing a team, with a track record of fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture5+ years of experience working with marketing operational processes and tools (e.g., Marketo), with the ability to configure and administer them effectivelyStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-makingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and empower stakeholders effectivelyProficiency in project management tools and techniquesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily

CompensationAnnual base salary: $120,000-165,000Target annual bonus percentage: 15%
*Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be different ranges for candidates by location.Working Conditions:We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it's helpful to have some flexibility to work remotely. Most roles work in the office 3+ days/week, and some are expected to work in the office 4-5 days/week. The current expectation for this role is that you are working in the office 4+ days/week and that you are in the office full-time during the training period, for which the length varies by role. During an initial phone screen, the team will discuss expectations for this specific position.The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day.
