Requisition Summary
This position is responsible for implementing Six Sigma tools and methodologies across the PACCAR Parts Division (PPD) Marketing organization to drive Continuous Improvement (CI) and Strategic Initiatives. Primary responsibilities include providing structure and direction to the Marketing organization, facilitating project completion, developing successful belts, and tracking division KPIs to ensure objectives are met.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Apply Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methods to improve process performance and eliminate defects/waste
Ensure project alignment with Marketing objectives and the long-term strategic roadmap
Own the Marketing CI project portfolio, providing tracking, analysis and feedback to management on division KPIs
Contribute to the planning and implementation of six sigma training programs, including potential instruction of formal classes.
Transfer best practices, techniques, procedures and knowledge of tools to peers and other process improvement teams
Generate new ideas for CI projects and develop methods for increasing engagement in the Six Sigma program
Periodic travel up to 10%
Other tasks as assigned by manager
Skills / Competencies
High energy level, goal oriented, self-starter willing to help others grow
Proven project management skills including the use of project tracking tools (MS Project, Vizio, Monday, etc.)
Ability to motivate individuals at all levels of the organization, even those who are not within your direct reporting chain
Ability to systematically solve complex problems, with both internal and with outside stakeholders
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation proficiency, including a strong emphasis on recognizing and appreciating successes
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency using Minitab
Desire to drive change and improve existing processes and standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
Six Sigma training and experience required i.e. DFSS and Lean methodologies; Green/Black Belt trained preferred
5 years of related industry work experience
PMP Certification, MBA and/or applicable advanced degree desired

Salary Range:
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $96,700 - $136,290 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
