Vaco is assisting a high-growth client in identifying an
Interim Marketing & Communications Assistant
to support executive leadership during a critical strategic initiative. This role reports to the CEO’s Chief of Staff and partners daily with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to ensure alignment with the CEO’s top priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CMO to track initiatives and report updates to the Chief of Staff
Influence and help guide the CMO to support CEO-driven objectives
Assist with crafting compelling executive presentations and storytelling using PowerPoint
What We’re Looking For:
Strong influencer with the confidence to guide and support senior leaders
Excellent communicator and storyteller, comfortable distilling complex messages
Proven ability to create polished, high-impact presentations
Marketing experience is a plus
