Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention across diverse audiences and verticals.
Website & SEO Management:
Oversee the optimization and management of seven WordPress websites, ensuring they are up-to-date with SEO best practices and fresh content.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Manage CRM systems (HubSpot) with seamless integration of GA4 and CallRail, ensuring clean, actionable data that informs budget decisions and performance metrics.
Digital Advertising Mastery:
Lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across seven Google Ads accounts, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences at every stage of their journey.
Event Coordination:
Spearhead six large-scale in-person recycling events annually, enhancing community engagement and increasing brand visibility.
Sales & Marketing Alignment:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a unified growth strategy, providing them with the resources, content, and training needed to succeed.
Content Creation & Design:
Create compelling visual and written content, from blogs to promotional materials, ensuring consistency with our brand's image and messaging.
Social Media Strategy:
Drive social media efforts across multiple platforms, growing our online presence and fostering meaningful customer engagement.
Email Marketing & Reputation Management:
Design and oversee impactful email campaigns, and manage our online reputation across platforms like Google, Yelp, and Bing.
Innovation & Growth:
Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously seeking out new ideas and strategies to enhance our marketing efforts and drive Metro Group Inc.'s growth
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
3-5 years of professional marketing experience with a strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales operations.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, CallRail, Google Analytics, and ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
Creative & Analytical:
Competent in photography, video production, and editing, with a knack for making data-driven decisions.
Innovative & Resourceful:
A proactive problem solver who is up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, and AI.
Team Player:
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
