You will be doing important work here at DDI. As one of the largest providers of care to children and adults with Autism and other developmental disabilities, you will be making a difference in the lives of people receiving supports as well as their families.
Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000/yearResponsibilities
Write, photograph, and/or film elements of compelling digital marketing campaigns in line with agency mission and objectives.Bring messaging and stories to life across multiple mediums including employee portal, website pages, internal and external email marketing, social media and more.Implement high performing digital marketing strategies as measured by key performance indicators.Apply brand, vision, and values across digital platforms consistently.Contribute to the design, optimization, launch and maintenance of the organization's website.Manage Google Ad Grant for AdWords advertising of $10K/month.Manage email subscriber list, ensuring GDPR compliance.Basic graphic design, video and photography as needed.Other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field.4 years' professional work experience.Firm grasp of emerging digital marketing tools and trends.Highly skilled writer and storyteller.Ability to produce and edit graphics, photos, video, gifs, etc.Demonstrated understanding of WordPress, web design, user experience, SEO, search engine marketing, Google Ads and Google Analytics.Hubspot or Marketo CRM marketing automation preferred or a plusHighly proficient in social media marketing and engagement.Solid team player with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
