Course Design:
Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline, incorporating multimedia elements, assessments, simulations, and interactive exercises.Content Development:
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather content, define learning objectives, and create instructional materials aligned with learning goals.Storyboarding:
Create detailed storyboards and scripts for e-learning modules, outlining instructional strategies, content flow, navigation, and user interactions.Media Production:
Select and integrate multimedia elements, such as graphics, videos, audio, animations, and simulations, to enhance the learning experience and engage learners.Assessment Design:
Develop formative and summative assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks to evaluate learner comprehension and track learning progress.LMS Integration:
Publish and upload e-learning courses to learning management systems (LMS), ensuring compatibility, functionality, and user accessibility.Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks, testing, and review of e-learning content to ensure accuracy, functionality, usability, and adherence to instructional design standards.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in instructional design and e-learning development. Implement feedback and revisions to improve course effectiveness and learner engagement.Training and Support:
Provide training, guidance, and support to stakeholders, instructors, and learners on using e-learning platforms and resources effectively.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.1+ years of experience as an instructional designer, e-learning developer, or related role, with proficiency in Articulate Storyline.Strong portfolio showcasing e-learning courses, modules, or projects developed using Articulate Storyline, demonstrating creativity, interactivity, and instructional effectiveness.Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and instructional strategies for diverse learner audiences.Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, multimedia editing software, and learning management systems (LMS).
