The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing visually compelling assets across digital, print, and social platforms that reflect the Tao Group Hospitality brand. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, brand storytelling, and the ability to take a project from concept through final execution. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver high-quality visuals that support business objectives and resonate with our target audiences.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Design a wide range of materials including digital ads, social media content, event flyers, print collateral, menus, signage, packaging, and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, events) to deliver on-brand creative solutions
- Interpret marketing briefs and business goals into visually engaging creative assets
- Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all platforms and campaigns
- Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital outputs
- Keep up with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a high-volume environment
- Assist and/or complete additional tasks as assigned
EDUCATION / WORKING KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 2+ years of professional design experience in a creative or marketing environment
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other digital design tools is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and applications (digital and print)
- Exceptional layout, typography, and color theory skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to give/receive constructive feedback
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, POS systems
