The Details
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Media Solutions Associate Director, you will own all aspects of our largest client relationships – key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Understanding clients’ business and marketing objectives and designing solutions to ensure we’re able to deliver on their needs
Combining strategic thinking with technical expertise to become the trusted “go-to advisor” for clients - interfacing with senior client executives
Proactively identifying opportunities to provide ongoing value, support, and guidance to clients
Identifying client upsell opportunities across Media and Data Solutions, working closely with Data Solutions counterparts when necessary
Acting as senior point of escalation for client issues & concerns – working with leadership to identify solutions
Leading a team of 1-3 media solutions experts to ensure we’re delivering on all client needs
Working with leadership, providing insights on how to drive ongoing improvement to project management and innovation across the media solutions team – identifying processes and pain points to automate and improve, as well as new productization/revenue opportunities
Supporting Head of Dept, Sales, and SLT with BD pitches and client upsell opportunities
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Expert in DV360, ideally with experience in buying PMPs, CTV, YouTube, and other advanced programmatic knowledge
Strong knowledge of CM360
Working knowledge of SA360
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing technologies and other Google Marketing Platform technologies (Google Analytics, Google Ads/Search Ads360)
Previous experience with executive relationship development
Understanding of high-level business strategy
Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value

Total Compensation:
Base Salary:
$105,100 - $131,400
Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus:
10% ($10,500 - $13,100)
Target Total Cash:
$115,600 - $144,500
