Drive seller acquisition campaigns in Paid Search/SEM, Free Search/SEO, and App. Build spend and acquisition forecasts. Closely monitor spend and growth through weekly/monthly reporting. Explore retargeting and lower funnel programmatic media. Optimize campaigns and drive efficiency of ad spend by understanding LTV vs. acquisition cost. Develop owned channel strategies & programs that will drive large scale awareness, acquisition, and activation. Continuously and proactively search for new opportunities to grow the seller base based on data insights. Partner with brand and content teams to drive channel growth and ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables). Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion. Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels. Bachelor's Degree completed. English Proficiency: Advanced (written and spoken).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs. Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
