Contract: 5-months
Pay rate: $65.00 - $73.00/hour
As the AMR Segment Manager, Oncology Testing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional strategy to address this market opportunity and drive successful adoption of technology in the market. The candidate will work cross-functionally with the AMR sales team and with global marketing to capture and provide feedback on new market trends, insights and opportunities related to this market.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for tumor diagnosis, classification, and therapy selection.Manage project activities, deadlines, and budgets.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.Maximize ROI and prepare internal reports.Maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with international Key Opinion Leaders.Assist in business plan development for new applications.Demonstrate scientific and technical knowledge of relevant solutions.Understand AMR regulations.Create new commercial collateral and tools.Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues.Represent the company ethically and professionally.Travel to conferences and customer meetings (up to 25% of the time).Preferred Experiential Background:
7+ years in Life Sciences, Genomics, or Clinical fields, including 2+ years in Marketing; advanced degree may substitute for some experience.Program management experience in the life science industry.Proven networking ability within customer organizations and the marketplace.Self-motivated, thrives in a dynamic work environment.Provide thought leadership and innovative problem-solving.Experience presenting complex concepts at all organizational levels.Skilled in developing customer targets, product positioning, and messaging.Analyze market and customer dynamics for insights.Develop action plans to gain stakeholder commitment.Influence diverse stakeholder groups within a global organization.
