Rebel Convenience Stores is looking for a proactive Junior Digital & Loyalty Marketing Coordinator to join our growing corporate marketing team! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our digital and in-store marketing efforts, supporting exciting campaigns that impact thousands of customers every day. If you're creative, organized, and eager to make a difference across our retail network — we want to meet you. THIS POSITION IS 100% IN-OFFICE BASED AT OUR CORPORATE OFFICE IN UPLAND, CA. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with Merchandising and Operations teams to plan and execute promotions across digital and in-store platforms. Drive loyalty program initiatives by assisting with offer setup, testing, tracking, and reporting campaign performance. Contribute creative ideas to boost loyalty signups and customer retention across email, social media, and in-store activations. Manage scheduling and posting of content on social platforms in line with campaign objectives. Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure signage, web, and app content are up-to-date and on-brand. Perform quality assurance checks on loyalty offers, mobile app updates, and website promotions to guarantee a smooth customer experience. Assist in campaign personalization and segmentation to improve customer journeys and engagement. Maintain marketing calendars, campaign assets, and support daily marketing operations. Help onboard and support third-party delivery platforms (like DoorDash, Uber Eats, Vroom) — including menu updates, auditing, and coordination with store teams. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in digital, loyalty, or retail marketing. Creative thinker with strong storytelling and trendspotting instincts. Solid understanding of digital and in-store campaign execution. Organized multitasker with excellent time and project management skills. Comfortable creating presentations and communicating ideas clearly. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong copywriting, proofreading, and attention to detail. Team-first mentality with a positive, can-do attitude. Experience working cross-functionally with internal and field teams. Curious, hands-on, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment.
