As we expand and refine our Communications Department, we are seeking a Communications Project Manager to lead and optimize communication efforts across the company.
This role is critical to ensuring consistent messaging, driving cross-functional collaboration, and improving the overall effectiveness of both internal and external communications. About the Role
The Communications Project Manager will oversee, coordinate, and execute communication initiatives that support company-wide objectives. Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders, this individual will ensure that all communication strategies are aligned, well-executed, and contribute to a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Success in this role requires exceptional organization, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage communication projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of communication initiatives, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring key stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal and external communication strategies.
- Develop and distribute communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, internal announcements, and reports.
- Ensure messaging is clear, impactful, and aligned with the company’s mission and objectives.
- Manage the creation and execution of content across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Maintain strong relationships with leadership, department heads, and external partners to ensure messaging consistency.
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed of key updates, initiatives, and company-wide changes.
- Process Improvement & Innovation
- Assess current communication processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and engagement.
- Introduce new tools, technologies, or best practices to elevate communication strategies.
- Monitor feedback and analytics to refine messaging and optimize communication efforts.
- Ensure all communications comply with industry regulations, company policies, and branding guidelines.
- Quickly address and resolve any communication-related issues or escalations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana).
- Expertise in communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite).
- Experience with email marketing, social media management, and analytics tools.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum three years in corporate communications, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
