Build presence and create demand for company brand portfolio among LDA students through field activations such as events in and around college campus hot zones, brand ambassadors and influencers.Conduct PDS reviews with direct reports to improve skills and performance utilizing PDS as tool to conduct optimal performance discussions, articulate consistent skill evaluations, recommend actions and tactics, and measure progress. Support the widespread use of PDS and promote and support Company culture within Sazerac.
Collaborates with brand marketing, and sales on field marketing marketing strategy and programming. Develops brand ambassador and influencer guidelines, standards and brand knowledge training and oversees agency in implementation.Provides Field Marketing input into brand strategies and plans. Works with US Shopper & Guest Marketing Activation Associate Manager to ensure effective planning and relevant programming resources are developed.Partners with brand teams on brand standards as well as media planning to target media to the key field marketing markets maximizing total impact. Oversees creation of additional tactics outside of the agency to drive On-Premise foot traffic.Oversees implementation of best-in-class ambassador and influencer training and education programs. Delivers holistic and timely field marketing programming briefs to The Shop. Effective budget management delivering efficiencies and ROI as per shopper marketing programming KPI's.Leads LDA college student insights-based field marketing programming platform development together with the agency. People management and development of direct reports to coach and train into high performing Field MarketersDevelops Field Marketing strategies and plans and oversees execution of activations through managing the agency. Standard bearer for performance standards and education and training for Brand Ambassadors and Influencers to drive key field marketing success metrics.Wires with On- and Off-Premise Sales to ensure holistic 360-degree activation and communication. Oversees that Off-Premise in-store POS is consistent with On-Premise activation and local media.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required QualificationsBachelor's DegreeWell-versed in current college student trends and possesses a deep understanding of campus life.Experience of managing a 3rd party agency, working with influencers as well as leading and coaching people.Experience and comfort wiring with Sales, Category Leadership, Brand Marketing and Creative teams.Involvement in strategy development as well as linking strategy to implementation.A proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentAbility to communicate with all levels of an orgGood time management skills and the ability to prioritize7 years relevant experience (minimum)Ability to travel (up to 25%)
