Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Handle the creation and update of producer records, including demographic information, payment methods, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain relationships with brokers and customers to facilitate commission calculations and payment processes.
• Assist with the reconciliation of monthly commission calculations and payments, ensuring accuracy, and conducting research to resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with teams responsible for producer credentialing, contracting, and compensation, as well as with external broker community and business partners.
• Analyze data on customer relationship management applications for accuracy and take corrective action for any discrepancies.
• Manage and maintain broker-customer relationships on financial applications to accurately calculate commissions and other fees for payment purposes.
• Assist with producer compensation payments, including reconciliation, voids, reissues, cancellations, and annual 1099 reconciliation.
• Prepare and distribute departmental reports related to producer records and relationships.
• Serve as a point of contact for producers to resolve inquiries related to their records or compensation.
• Contribute to monthly management and key performance metrics reporting, identifying patterns and trends related to producer records and relationships.
• Maintain and update departmental policies and procedures related to producer records and relationship management, in addition to training materials.• Proficiency in Documentation and Reporting
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Procedures and Payment Processing
• Strong Research skills
• Familiarity with Policies & Procedures
• Ability to perform Reconciliations
• Capability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks
• Knowledge of Methods and Discrepancy resolution
• Proficiency in CRM and Upgrades
• Experience in KPI Reporting and Process Improvement
• Skills in Variance Analysis and Proofreading
• Knowledge in Cost Analysis
• Familiarity with Commission Functions
• Editing skills
• Understanding of Equity Capital
