olivia.gonzales@roesseljoy.com**Responsibilities:Collaborate with and manage our Marketing Freelancer on website designs and blog posts for both Roessel Joy and SolarisContent creation and scheduling social media campaigns on Instagram, LinkedIn, company websites, and emailCollaborate with our Marketing Agency on marketing campaigns and initiativesFamiliarize yourself with our website platform and be able to make changes and upload material as neededPowerPoint Presentation CreationCreate Digital and Graphic Designs for social media and the company websitePhotography, Videography, and Reel creation of company events and new hiresProject-manage development of new marketing materialsAssist with planning and execution of company initiatives (Volunteering, DEI)Work with Talent Acquisition to assist with the promotion of Career Fairs and other eventsTemplate creation for new hires, blog posts, etc.Ad Hoc Marketing projects as requestedQualifications:BA/BS Candidate in Marketing or Digital Design RequiredTotal of 15-20 Hours per Week (At least 1 Day in Office)Experience in Social Media Planning, Analytics, Content Creation & Photography RequiredProficiency in Canva, Digital Design, Squarespace, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photo Shop, Illustrator) RequiredExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPassion for Photography, Videography, and ReelsDesire to grow and take on more responsibilityExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and take initiative
