Marketing Coordinator
Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty is seeking an energetic self-starter for a full-time graphic designer/marketing coordinator position.
Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty is a leading force in real estate, extending 13 offices and 850 sales advisors across all of the Arizona markets. The firm ranks within the top 50 real estate companies nationally by sales volume.
The Brokerage Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing and support and promote marketing tools and techniques that support company revenue drivers while maintaining a personable, team-oriented, and professional disposition.
OBJECTIVE:
The Marketing Coordinator oversees the upkeep of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty’s brand guidelines, crafts marketing materials for advisors, and fulfills additional tasks delegated by the marketing directors. This is a high-impact position that requires patience, personality, and ability for effective delivery on tight deadlines. RESPONSIBILITIES: This position goes beyond just design; it also encompasses Customer Service, focusing on building relationships with Global Real Estates in the offices, at events, and through the creation and execution of projects.
- Assemble local advertising using an easy-to-learn, web-based platform and InDesign.
- Working with advisors to develop integrated marketing plans.
- Working with advisors to determine marketing needs and understanding what marketing pieces are available to them.
- Work with advisors to create marketing plans for personal promotion and listing promotion.
- Maintain our brand identity through enforcement of our brand equity standards.
- Act as a liaison between corporate and multiple offices to bring back any new marketing initiatives and campaigns and help advisors put them into effect.
- Email marketing - ability to edit templates and content within prescribed e-marketing tools.
- Basic copywriting/editing skills reviewing listing descriptions and proofreading.
- Marketing Champion - Be the conduit between the Corporate marketing team and local brokerage and provide instruction and support on marketing tools and techniques to office advisors.
- Attend office meetings, in-person training, and other corporate activities.
- Other support as requested by the brokerage manager and marketing directors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in graphic design, with 2 years’ experience using Adobe Illustrator (preferred).
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience in real estate is a plus, though not required.
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
WORK HOURS/SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday, except when special events require your attendance.
- The hybrid schedule is as follows: work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and work in the office from Tuesday through Thursday.
- While most in-office work will be at the Pinnace Peak location, you will be required to visit other offices in the Valley for some of the in-office days. For our Tucson, Tubac, Flagstaff, and Prescott locations, in-office visits will occur on a quarterly basis.
