Lead design strategy and vision for Goodleap's products, ensuring they're relevant, useful, and delightfulOversee the design process from concept to implementation, fostering collaboration between design, engineering, and product teamsDevelop scalable design systems that enable consistent, high-quality experiences across all touchpointsChampion user-centered design principles and advocate for customer needs in all product decisionsStay at the forefront of design trends, emerging technologies, and sustainability practicesMentor and develop a diverse team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and inclusionPresent design solutions to executive leadership and influence product strategyRequired Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
10+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or similar rolesProven track record leading design teams and influencing product strategy at senior levelsStrong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile platformsExperience designing for fintech, sustainability, or consumer social is a plusExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design conceptsProficiency in design thinking methodologies and rapid prototyping techniquesBachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field$240,000 - $260,000 a year
In addition to the above salary, this role may be eligible for a bonus and equity.
