Overview
Developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive traffic and engagement
creating campaign calendars, setting goals, identifying target audiences, and determining the appropriate channels and tactics to reach those audiences
Aiding in the creation and implementation of social media content, website & blog content, email marketing campaigns, and paid advertising
Copywriting (keyword research, analysis, implementation & SEO/SEM optimization)
Analyzing data and metrics to assess the performance of contentCollaborating regularly with other marketing team members, sales team & operating groups to ensure campaigns align with overall company goalsStaying current with training and certifications as it relates to the creative process and graphic design and adapting as necessary to ensure maximum advertising effectivenessIdentifying and targeting new marketing channels and opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive salesAdministrative and other project-based duties as assigned (could include promotional inventory management and general functions that are HTI branded)Vendor managementQualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient display of abilities in creative process and graphic designComprehensive knowledge and understanding of brand concepts and marketing/advertising best practices in both print and digital contextsUnderstanding of the principles and strategies within content marketingStrong copywriting skillsKnowledge of and ability to use proper grammar and punctuation in the composition of various marketing materials and reportsStrong attention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritizeKnowledge of and ability to use social media platformsAbility to interact, communicate, influence and present ideasProfessionalism regarding time, costs and deadlinesStrong organizational and interpersonal communication skillsWork well under pressure and able to meet deadlinesTravel as necessary, including travel to all branch and onsite locations (Proficiencies, Education and Experience:
Comprehensive understanding/able to demonstrate technical experience within Adobe programs - Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom (Animate, Premierpro a plus)Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Teams, OutlookUnderstanding and experience with Hubspot or other CRM preferredUnderstanding and experience with Google advertising and Google Analytics a plus2-3 years' experience in a marketing agency or department setting with graphic designKnowledge of HTML, PHP, JavaScript a plusBachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field and work experience in design and marketing are required
