The Digital Media Associate is a 25 hr part-time role devoted to telling the story of discipleship through content on the Hunter Park Instagram and Global Engagement Instagram. They will utilize Sandals Church's mission, values, key messages, and branding to engage with their audience and invite them into what is happening at Sandals Church.

Key responsibilities:
- Produce a social media strategy, campaign and rhythms to achieve the goals of key stakeholders.
- Manage the Hunter Park Instagram channel creating a content calendar, regularly posting and developing new content, and engaging with comments, and direct messages.
- Manage the Global Engagement Instagram channel creating a content calendar, regularly posting and developing new content, and engaging with comments, and direct messages.
- Build a volunteer team to support your work with both channels.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and leadership teams to align communication strategies with the needs and culture of Hunter Park and the Global Engagement ministry.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly relational, works well with others, has strong written and verbal communication, self-motivated, a problem-solver, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willing to engage and disciple both within their volunteer team and people outside their direct ministry.
- A motivator and a team builder.
- Has experience with the META platform, Canva, and Google Workspace.

- Can build out a plan and execute it well.
- Care about people and their discipleship journey.
- Pay Range: $20-$23 per hour
- We will provide a pay rate that is within our compensation structure and that fits a candidate's qualifications and experience for the job. A wage range posted is not a guarantee of a specific wage for a job offer.
