Develop and activate our brand media strategy to drive brand awareness and consideration, ensuring alignment with our brand objectives and consumer target.Allocate budget across brand communications channels, leaning into high performing channels while testing new programs. Coordinate with ecommerce team to forecast and report on ROAS and KPIs.Lead and mentor team, ensuring integrated strategies and best in class execution while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Build and maintain relationships with key media partners and agencies.Drive fandom and consumer engagement in social media, finding authentic ways to expand the brand’s presence in culturally-relevant conversations.Evolve and execute an influencer marketing strategy that leverages influencers as advocates.Build marketing partnerships to extend Kizik to new audiences, amplify brand truths, and tell great stories.Drive campaign and creative strategy needed to fill funnel and optimize the consumer journey. Collaborate with agencies and internal/external creative teams to ensure flawless and elevated execution of campaigns, channel goals, and brand fluency/recall.Develop or source on-brand social-first content that performs in organic and paid social media, coordinating across brand, influencer and UGC content.Share best practices and creative performance to drive learnings across the team.Generate brand buzz:
Drive planning and execution of events and activations that deliver enticing responses to seasonal briefs and are consistent with brand strategy. Leverage internal teams or agency partners to execute activations against KPIs and objectives.Craft disruptive moments and engage in unexpected ways to place Kizik in cultural conversations.Oversee PR strategy to build Kizik’s presence in sneaker news, solutions for need based footwear, and style.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.10+ years marketing experience and 3+ years of management experience.Global, omni-channel brand experience. Fashion and/or retail industry experience preferred.Excellent leadership skills, strategic acumen, analytical skills and project management.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Passion for building strong brands with a consumer focus.Frequent travel to Lindon UT if remote based.
