The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the planning, development, and execution of our organization's marketing department's initiatives. The Marketing Manager's primary responsibility is to ensure that the day-to-day responsibilities of the marketing team are being met and exceeded.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Track and measure new customers and where they come from using system reporting.
Oversee all facets of a company marketing event from beginning to end.
Monitor ad buy performance and deliverables, and report findings to senior management.
Managing and coaching the day-to-day functions of the marketing staff.
Lead the cultural changes to match operational culture.
Assign and assess workload, measure performance, and document as appropriate.
Hire, train, and define the focus for each position within the department.
Collaborate with different departments and people throughout the organization.
Suggest changes to Senior Management to help drive company growth goals.
Provide future growth plans for staff.
Manage assigned marketing projects to ensure deadlines are met.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Analyze consumer behavior and suggest changes for each respective marketing initiative.

Requirements for Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree
5 to 7 years previous experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably with a financial institution background.
Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is a
Willing to travel to do different company markets.
Solid understanding of market research and data analysis

Demonstrate the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
