Social planning and publishing is executed.Venue-level creative assets for onsite & digital needs (monthly & weekly show calendars) are created and managed.Appropriate asset placement in on-site digital video signage.Onsite coverage for day of show marketing needs supporting radio partners, meet and greets, press photographers.Proper sponsorship placements as needed across digital, website, app, social, and onsite.
Day of show event coverage as necessary.Attend weekly in-person meetings at the venue.SKILLS/COMPETENCIESBachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.3+ years of prior experience in event assisting/planning or marketing experience within an entertainment, sports or public assembly facility setting.Experience working with artist marketing representatives is preferred.Experience managing local media relationships is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to professionally present marketing concepts and strategies to artist management.Deep interest in discovering new music and marketing a wide variety of genres and emerging artists.Work well in a team environment.Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure, deadline driven, team environment while juggling multiple tasks.Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.Ability to work day, evening and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operationsExtensive experience with Facebook, Instagram, Instagram stories, Twitter.Ability to use social media scheduling platforms like Sprinklr and Sprout.Strong Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite skillsGood working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and multimedia management software.Ability to learn and efficiently use project management software/tools.Live Nation’s policy regarding vaccinations and masking related to a pandemic or other infectious disease control measures, acts of God, health and safety mandates and/or restrictions imposed by applicable local, state or federal governments has evolved over time.
