This expanded role encompasses not only driving the sales of our hotel rooms, banquet space, catering services, and restaurant private dining but also overseeing the strategic direction of our social media presence. We seek an innovative and dynamic leader to elevate our brand’s visibility and engagement across various digital platforms while spearheading our diverse hospitality services to achieve superior revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to enhance revenue across all service areas, including accommodations, banquet facilities, catering operations, and restaurant private dining experiences.
Lead and expand our sales team, providing guidance and motivation to achieve and surpass sales goals.
Craft and manage our social media strategy, increasing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our diverse hospitality offerings.
Forge robust relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses, enhancing service bookings and hotel visibility.
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements, identifying new opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with culinary, event, and hospitality teams to create appealing packages and experiences tailored to meet various customer needs.
Negotiate and oversee contracts for a broad range of services, ensuring exceptional client service from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
Represent the Hilton Garden Inn at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings, enhancing our brand recognition and networking with potential clients.
Provide regular, detailed reports and analyses to senior management on sales performance, social media engagement metrics, and market trends.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing a team.
Proven success in sales and marketing strategy development and execution, including experience managing social media platforms for a business or brand.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and engaging effectively on digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, sales software, and CRM systems.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business demands.
