Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.2. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.3. Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our mission and initiatives.4. Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.6. Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.7. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure YMUW remains at the forefront of digital communication.We are looking for individuals with:1. Strong passion for the mission and values of YMUW.2. Proven experience managing social media platforms for organizations or brands.3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.4. Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.6.
