Our client is looking for an Art Director to create diverse digital and social assets for renowned entertainment and gaming clients such as Disney, HBOMax, Netflix, Prime Video, Sony Pictures, and Activision. The ideal candidate is ambitious with impeccable taste, has a strong understanding of the digital/social landscape, enjoys blending different media, and has a passion for typography and layout.
Key Responsibilities:
Design visually stunning motion graphics for digital platforms
Edit short-form videos for social media channels like Instagram & TikTok
Engage in project ideation, pre-production, and production phases
Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and concepts
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design and pop culture
Apply a strategic design mindset, grounding all work in thorough research
Deliver all projects on time and to a high standard of quality
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in motion design
A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in motion design and basic editing
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop & Illustrator)
Experience with digital assets for the entertainment or gaming industries
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills:
Passion for/knowledge of 3D design (Cinema 4D or Blender)
Passion for/knowledge of basic AR (Spark, Effect House)
Passion for/knowledge of audio/sound design
Passion for/knowledge of color grading

LOCATION
Hollywood, CA. Hybrid schedule: 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in the office and 2 days WFH.
