Enterprise Social Media is a part of the Digital Communications and Brand team within the Global Communications organization. ?The Associate Director, Social Media Operations role is critical to the upkeep of social media within the enterprise. Primary Responsibilities : + Worldwide Social Media Team Guidance and Community Manager Support. + Maintain relationship with 250+ community managers worldwide. + Maintenance of policy documentation, social media best practices, POVs, etc., collaborating with subject matter experts. + Maintain knowledge hub for all social media operations. + Manage inbox of global inquiries about social media operations. + Execute social media governance business operations for the organization. + Collaborate with IT to monitor fraudulent asset risk mitigation platform and pharmacovigilance tracking tools. + Ensure worldwide community managers are following global guidelines for social media strategy and policy requirements. + Assign and update trainings. + Social Operations Tools Business POC + In collaboration with IT, subject matter expert in social media operations technologies, including but not limited to Khoros, Kapost etc. + Manage contractors who support maintenance of tools. + Provide and manage training and access to tools. + Platform troubleshooting, training coordination, process management. + Liaise with legal, pharmacovigilance, governance, privacy and office of ethics & compliance. Education Minimum Requirement: + Bachelor's Degree Required skills and experience: + 5+ years' experience in social media + Familiar with social technologies (Khoros, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Kapost, etc.) + Familiar with core and emerging social media platforms. + Comfortable working in highly matrixed environment of multiple teams and agencies. + Experience working in a global capacity. + Ability to thrive under tight timelines when needed. + Detail-oriented, highly organized, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to manage agency resources and contractors. + Proven communication and project planning skills. Preferred Skills: + Experience working in social media in a highly regulated industry. + Experience with highly regulated industry standards. + Experience writing or working with policy or legal documents.
