DDM Group is seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Specialist with a proven track record of crafting engaging content that drives high engagement across multiple platforms. This role requires strong copywriting skills, the ability to design compelling visuals, and proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop, write, and publish engaging social media content that resonates with audiences.
• Use strong copywriting skills to craft compelling captions, headlines, and posts.
• Design eye-catching visuals using mainstream graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Edit and produce short-form videos using CapCut and other video editing software.
• Adapt content for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and optimal performance.

Social Media Management

• Manage daily posting schedules across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging social channels.
• Monitor comments, engage with followers, and foster community engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and viral content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Track and analyze key performance metrics across platforms.
• Use data to optimize content strategies and improve engagement.
• Generate reports on content performance, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness.

Industry Research & Innovation

• Stay ahead of new social platforms, techniques, and trends to keep our content fresh.
• Experiment with new content formats, styles, and interactive elements.
• Provide insights on how to leverage emerging trends for brand growth.

Position Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in social media content creation and management.
• Proven track record of creating viral content and high-engagement posts.
• Strong copywriting skills with a knack for storytelling and brand voice.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Skilled in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or InShot.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
• Strong time management and organizational skills-can juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
• A fast learner, curious, and eager to experiment with new social strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• A deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience behaviors, and engagement strategies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Background in photography, videography, or motion graphics.
