Overview
Thorough knowledge of sustainability, building science, integrated design, and LEED guidelines.Proven presentation and communication skills to both team and clients.Ability to direct project sustainability responsibilities and LEED certification independently.Experience with the management of team/resources to undertake multiple projects or facets of various projects.Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and information and meet deadlines.Ability to work in a team environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and the Adobe Creative Suite.Familiarity with AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop, Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhino, and/or related software.Ability to interpret and apply results from energy and environmental performance analysis: Conceptual Energy Modeling; Daylight Analysis; Renewable Energy Systems and feasibility analysis.Ability to interpret and apply results from Design Analysis software: Vasari, Ecotect, DIVA, Radiance, DAYSIM, COMFEN.Ability to interpret and apply results from Energy Analysis software: EnergyPlus, eQuest, IES.Qualifications
