You will report to our Sr. Director, Product Marketing located in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer.You Will:
Set the strategic segment and product marketing vision based on a clear understanding of the Smartsheet enterprise grade platform, customer needs, market and competitive landscape, trends and opportunities.Develop a team of segment and product marketers and create an environment for success, including hiring, mentorship, and performance management.Drive cross-organization and global alignment around Smartsheet's segment and product marketing function including partnering with the sales team to prioritize resources that create the biggest business impact.Support the field organizations with resources such as personas, use case-based value propositions, demos, sales scripts, messaging guides, and presentations to enhance sales effectiveness.Identify ways to grow our enterprise grade capabilities and efforts globally, optimize across the team and push boundaries on new approaches.Advocate for customers looking for enterprise grade capabilities across all conversations and projects. Be an essential spokesperson for the business for strategic segments and solutions, delivering clear and compelling communications.Set clear and measurable metrics, and foster a 'test and learn' approach to improve performance.Support other responsibilities.You Have:
Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.10+ years product marketing experience in enterprise technologies, including experience in cloud / SaaS environments.Experience in leadership roles, with both direct reports and across teams.Experience working across marketing, sales and product management.Proven ability to influence senior leaders regarding matters of significance.Experience and metric-driven success in marketing to specific audiences and industries.Perks & Benefits:
