This role is critical in shaping our parasiticide products, driving market growth, and ensuring alignment with global strategies. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be directly responsible for the parasiticide portfolio and other related products (Rx & OTC). This role focuses on driving brand growth, market share, and customer engagement within the animal health industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing expertise, a deep understanding of the parasiticide market, with proven effectiveness reaching B2B and B2C audiences. The ability to translate scientific information into compelling marketing campaigns, for execution across multiple channels to reach veterinary professionals and pet owners, will be critical to the incumbent’s success. Responsibilities and Key Duties: Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy – Partner with Ceva’s global franchise teams to design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities. Drive Impactful Campaigns – Develop and execute campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and sales of parasiticide products. Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions. Tailor delivery to different customer segments across multiple channels (B2B & B2C). Product Management - Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from market research and product launch to post-launch evaluation and lifecycle management. Manage product pricing strategies and profitability analysis. Establish relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry stakeholders to support product advocacy. Market Research & Analytics - Analyze market data and customer insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track ROI on marketing initiatives. Conduct competitive intelligence and provide strategic recommendations based on findings. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team to align local strategies. Work closely with regulatory and legal to ensure all marketing activities align with industry standards and guidelines. In-depth knowledge of parasiticides and veterinary markets is highly desirable. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Highly adaptable, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Travel Required: This role requires approximately 20% travel, with a high concentration of customer meetings and industry conferences in Q1.
