Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience, and certifications. Sr. Marketing Manager , you'll play an integral role in planning, executing, and leading marketing activities across Roundel. This will require leveraging a detailed understanding of retail media advertising solutions and the competitive landscape to lead Roundel's strategic positioning and deliver on our growth objectives. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent written/verbal communication, and strategic thinking, along with attention to detail. You will translate business goals and insights into actionable and measurable marketing strategies, while also seeing them through to execution. You will shape marketing narratives to gain buy-in from Roundel leaders, external and enterprise partners alike. You will work in close partnership with a diverse stakeholder group across Roundel and broader Target to implement these strategies across various channels, ensuring robust cross-functional alignment at each step of the way. Core responsibilities of this job include thought leadership strategy/execution, paid/organic media messaging, agency management, and brand marketing. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs. About you: Four-year degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of media experience, retail media preferred Experience with B2B marketing Experience with LinkedIn marketing Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies, driving measurable business outcomes Curiosity and drive to deeply understand client needs and business objectives The ability to analyze, interpret and synthesize data into a compelling story to influence client action Ability to engage partners across the organization at the right times to collaboratively solve problems Thought leadership development will require someone with a strong media background and clear POV Ability to write a compelling strategy or creative brief and assess work against that defined strategy Ability to think fast on your feet to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment Proven project management skills with experience leading external agency partners and cross-functional teams This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location and virtually, depending upon what your role, team, and tasks require for that day.
