PurposeHybrid role. Based in the RTP, North Carolina area, the Sr. Marketing Specialist, Global Multimedia Creative, will serve as a creative professional who produces content for various media platforms. This role is responsible for developing and executing high-quality professional design concepts that support the company’s products and service objectives tied to an overarching Global Marketing Strategy contributing to achieving company growth goals. Function as a subject matter expert for strategic marketing collateral creative design. Reinforce global corporate brand through all initiatives across various touchpoints and channels.Key ResponsibilitiesWork in close alignment with go-to-market and regional marketing verticals to bring creative concepts to life; must be able to come to the table with recommendations.Brainstorm ideas, help to define project scope, and assist in creative brief development.Provide design guidance and support for the global marketing team across all regions (Europe, UK&I, North America, and India).Design and maintain visual deliverables that promote the Clinisys brand and solutions, including imagery, icons, marketing collateral, videos, campaigns, social media creative, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, website design, conference event creative.Seek feedback and revise designs based on stakeholder input.Ensure all materials are aligned with QARA regulations and reviewed by the digital marketing team for alignment to brand.Ensure all regionally developed materials align under the corporate image, positioning, and messaging throughout all laboratory solutions, promotional materials, campaigns, events, and all other mediums.Manage and organize multimedia within a digital asset management system: maintain Clinisys Brand Central folder.Assist in design layout, navigation, and uploading of relevant content/graphics for the company website.Coordinate projects with outside graphic agencies (as needed), to include acquiring project estimates and sustaining graphic, proofing, and delivery deadlines.Maintain constant awareness of market positioning amongst competitors, using data and insight to suggest creative and bold ways to improve the brand proposition within market.Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, and all other international regulatory requirements with which Clinisys complies.SkillsMulti-channel Healthcare B2B lead generation experience, desired.Experience with SaaS and Cloud based solutions, desired.Ability to lead and execute on multiple, critical projects at a time.Excellent strategic and analytical skills with an ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions, and achieve successful business results rapidly.Strong written and verbal communication skills to drive and deliver marketing goals.Validated ability to communicate to multiple audiences in written, verbal and presentation format.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.Seeks different perspectives and invites and weighs opposing views.Proven ability to influence/persuade others.Solid knowledge of modern graphic and marketing tools, techniques, and technology.Required Experience & EducationBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related discipline.Minimum 3+ years experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and other associated software.Minimum 4+ years of experience with directly designing and directly creating multimedia collateral (instead of sourcing this work out to a creative agency).Strong knowledge of graphic design, marketing communications, multi-channel advertising, brand activities, and brand awareness in software, high technology, eBusiness, or equivalent environment.Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.Demonstrated experience with presentation, publishing, and video development tools.Preferred Experience & EducationExperience working in global and/or international digital and marketing communications.Experience within IT software marketplace.Experience working in-house in a corporate environment.Ability and comfort level communicating with and presenting to clinical and technical experts and leadership.Experience with laboratories, medical devices, healthcare information systems, or equivalent, desired.Experience with project management.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneBenefitsOur benefits are designed to help you move forward in your career, and in areas of your life outside of work.
