Responsibilities
· Assist with the costing/quoting process for new product opportunities/customer bids, and other sales projects.
· Ability to work directly with customers managing multiple new product launches on time.
· Ability to shift priorities and workflow according to customer demands.
· Obtain samples internally and ship to customers as required.
· Develop and maintain accurate account project trackers.
· Manage projects, including product mock-ups, product labels and artwork, new items launches and displays from concept to launch.
· Ability to learn key account data programs both internally and externally such as; Circana & SPINS data, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Ensur, RoboHead Artwork Management and others.
· Ability to work with sales to develop presentations and provide the required support to meet sales objectives.
· Must have strong follow up skills and ability to keep other departments on track to meet company sales objectives.
Qualifications
· Detail and goal oriented, with demonstrated accurate, strong organization, prioritization, and planning skills
· Solid communicator with ability to drive projects cross functionally
· Expert with MS Office; Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
· Product knowledge helpful but not required
· Good understanding of retail merchandising a plus
· Proven ability to meet deadlines
· Ability to manage multiple projects delivering quality work on time
Education:
· BS/BA required
