You will anticipate the needs of all teams in the company to keep things running smoothly. You are empowered and expected to take the initiative to facilitate their success. If you have a desire to contribute to our growth in a meaningful way, explore the essential job functions below.Essential FunctionsMaintain organization of office and jobs to ensure compliance with established processesAnticipate the needs of CEO and CFO and support their daily routineAnticipate and support needs of Marketing, Sales, Design and Operations DepartmentsManage communications with clients and team members efficientlyComplete routine tasks on time without supervisionEnsure other team members have what they need to complete their assigned roleRoutine Office F
unctionsAnswer incoming calls and route calls to team,Communicating by email with clients, staff and othersKeep office clean, organized and client readyWelcome clients and visitors to the officeMaintain inventory of office and marketing materialsFacilitate meetings with teams, clients and regulatorsManage Bookkeeper and QuickBooksManage budgets for office and jobs (job costing)Keep files organized and manage google docsManage supply chain for office and jobsMonitor established policies and processes to ensure complianceAssist HR with employee records and onboarding new employeesAssist with marketing events and client meetingsEducation, Experience, and Skills RequiredBachelor’s degree preferred3 years of Office Administration experience supporting high-level executive function (executive-level assisting, bookkeeping, etc.)3 years Residential Construction Industry Experience design build process experience including job costing preferred.QuickBooks experience with understanding of accounting principlesAble to handle interruptions and still execute assigned or routine tasksDemonstrates a willingness to learn and teachCompensationSalary Range $75,000-$85,000
