Job Overview
Traction Group is hiring for one of our SweatHouz studios! SweatHouz is the fastest-growing recovery franchise globally, with 40 locations and over 300 licenses sold. We focus on contrast therapy through private suite experiences, infrared sauna, and cold plunge. We are seeking a Studio Manager to lead one of our locations and support our expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: Implement sales strategies, welcome clients, and convert prospects into members.
- Manage Team: Recruit, train, and oversee sales staff to meet sales targets and ensure excellent customer service. Schedule shifts to maintain full staffing.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure studio cleanliness and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships locally through networking and grassroots marketing.
- Collaborate: Participate in leadership meetings to review performance and strategize with other managers.
