We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships while providing exceptional service in the insurance industry. This role involves outside sales, self management, ability to follow a system, and effective communication to meet clients' insurance needs. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.
This is an opportunity for candidates to break into and develop their protected regions while having the opportunity to expand or travel. This position also provides some of the best training and support in the industry for new and unlicensed agents.
Headquartered in Athens, GA, NASB, nasbnation.com, is an affiliate of one of the oldest insurance brokerage agencies in the country. This position requires field work and meeting with clients. No work from home.

We are looking for professionally licensed insurance agents, or seasoned sales persons, with a minimum of an associates degree or a proven track record in outside sales. If no college degree has been obtained, we are looking for individuals that have proven exceptional ability.

On target earnings first year are $91,000 to $150,000 with opportunities to earn more.

Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to tailor insurance solutions effectively.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding their insurance options, coverage details, and policy changes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless benefits administration and sales administration processes.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulations (including HIPAA), and competitive products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or outside sales environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and client needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team dynamics.
- A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations.
- An ability to follow a system.
