shelly@tayani.com , with the subject line Marketing Manager Application.Join Tayani Institute and contribute to our mission of providing top-notch ophthalmology and optometry services to all ages of our community!Responsibilities:Organize and execute marketing strategies for patient acquisition, retention, and referrals, ensuring timely and successful project execution.Maintain online presence, overseeing websites and working with external agencies.Implement successful offers/campaigns, increasing traffic and encouraging team members to engage, interact and refer.Develop and manage print/online advertising campaigns, overseeing print media concepts, inventory, and graphic design projects.Attend, organize, and participate in unique community events (health fairs, conferences, workshops); identifying, planning, overseeing sponsorship opportunities.Develop in-house reports showcasing impact of the marketing budget and strategies.Analyze datasets and extract insights to apply to project management processes, maximizing the value of organic and paid ads, identifying leverage points.Requirements:Comfortable and proactive while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, social media, and other relevant computer skills including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, SEO.3+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on local efforts, pattern recognition, and project management.Preferred experience in marketing/sales in the healthcare industry and public relations experience.Must have strong people skills to interface with referring doctors and entities, growing and managing current referral networks and establishing new ones.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate marketing efforts.Professional and personable demeanor.Pleasant attitude with strong and thoughtful leadership.Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Exceptional verbal, written, computer and communication skills.People personCompensation details:
