Job Description
** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced User Experience/User Interface Designer to fill a one-year assignment in the Atlanta, GA area.
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Rate: $38.00- $48.00 depending on experience.
Requirements:
Hybrid schedule - in office 3 days a week
Use of AI, Work Order Anomaly POC, Cross Bore POC and ChatBot
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
Experience with user research methods and usability testing
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (Angular, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
This position will help advance the Data Management and Data Analytics strategy by increasing our capabilities to deliver rapidly, efficiently while providing excellent value for the organization
The UI/UX Developer will work with stakeholders – both business and IT to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our Proof of Concepts (POCs)
The ideal candidate will the ability to transform complex requirements into seamless user experiences
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Work closely with the AI team, product managers, and developers to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user behaviors and pain points
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Design high-fidelity user interfaces using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, ensuring a consistent and engaging visual style
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all POC projects
Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and maintain the integrity of the user experience
