Job Description Insight Global is seeking a fully remote UX/Conversation Designer to join a large healthcare client. This conversation designer will leverage their multi-center experience to design and optimize conversational interfaces for virtual assistants and contact centers. This candidate will apply their expertise in conversation design to create engaging and intuitive dialogues for virtual assistants or contact center applications. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing requirements and priorities. This conversation designer will create sample dialogues and map them to conversational diagrams for development, ensuring seamless user experiences. This candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design issues, enhancing the overall user experience. This person will continuously improve design methodologies and tools to stay ahead in the industry. This conversation designer will document design processes and decisions, maintaining clear and comprehensive records for future reference.
