Role: UX Designer – Fintech & Payment Portals (Salesforce Experience Required)

About the Role:
We are seeking a UX Designer with a strong background in fintech, payment portals, and Salesforce design to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating seamless, user-centric experiences for financial products, ensuring intuitive interactions for both end-users and business clients. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to enhance our Salesforce-driven payment solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize user experiences for fintech platforms, payment portals, and Salesforce applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that enhance usability and engagement.
- Ensure a cohesive experience across web and mobile platforms while maintaining accessibility and compliance standards.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to drive design decisions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align business goals with user needs.
- Work within Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to design and refine Salesforce applications.
- Advocate for UX best practices in financial and payment experiences, ensuring security and compliance considerations.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably within fintech, banking, or payment solutions.
- Hands-on experience designing within Salesforce, utilizing Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design for financial applications, payment systems, or transaction-based platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Ability to translate complex financial processes into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
