Our vision is to ensure that every veteran and senior achieves their best possible health. We are currently in the San Antonio and Colorado Springs markets.
OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
We are seeking a senior leader for the Flagship Marketing organization. This person will build on and oversee all of our marketing efforts and team. The VP Marketing will work closely with company leadership, the growth team, and operations team to create an aligned strategy that supports the business in promoting and communicating our value to current and potential patients, partners and employees. This a unique opportunity to not only help build and increase the reach of our model, but also to help shape the culture of the entire organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee all marketing efforts - strategy to implementation
Hire and oversee marketing manager and freelancers and agency as needed
Partner closely with outreach leader and market outreach coordinator teams
Oversee all branding and collateral - flyers, videos, ads
Event Marketing - event advertisements, social media and eventbrite
Digital Ads - Oversee Google and Facebook ads
Website management - content and functionality, patient stories, blogs, press releases
Social Media - Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube and potentially more in future
Offline advertisements - mailers, earned media, newspaper advertisements, tv/radio
Manage reputation management program
CRM - partner with outreach team to manage Hubspot CRM and optimize lead management and conversion
Newsletter - oversee lead and patient newsletter
Routinely report on progress & impact of activities, and reprioritize when needed
Own marketing budget and forecast responsibility for related activities

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum:
A minimum of ten years' experience in healthcare/growth environments with a five-year proven track record of successive leadership roles or positions.
10+ years of marketing experience, or relevant industry experience (e.g., product management)
Healthcare industry experience preferred
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required.
Master's degree in business, finance, health care administration or a related discipline is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience also desirable.
