Work at Bullseye Strategy
As an Account Manager, your role is to support the agency by maintaining clients' success, which is measured by account retention and success. An Account Manager at Bullseye is expected to maintain a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings. You will work across multiple channels and projects in a team environment for a variety of clients across a wide array of industries, both B2B and B2C. You will manage 3 to 6 clients and are responsible for the success of the client.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
At least 4 years of working in a digital media Agency with Account management experienceA Bachelor's DegreeAbility to build relationships and project manageLive in Central or Eastern time zone. Preferably Florida or TexasAccount Manager Duties and Responsibilities
This is a general list of potential daily tasks and responsibilities.The day-to-day understanding and management of their client's marketing campaignsRegular communication and liaison with clientsDevelop and maintain positive relationships with assigned clientsPlan for and oversee the completion of projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budgetQuality control of all client deliverables and projectsUse your digital marketing knowledge and skills to guide clients, the team, and the agency in the most productive and strategic directionProject management using agile and sprint methodologyAttend scheduled meetings with assigned clients (including drafting agendas, recaps and action items)Skills and Abilities
Experience in professional client relationship managementA background or education in advertising or marketingThe ability to plan and strategizeA persuasive and confident approach to projectsExcellent written and oral communication skillsA keen attention to detail and budgetary restraintsFull awareness of creative processes and techniques - including digital platformsThe willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideasThe ability to work as an authoritative figure with peersAbility to project manage including creating and managing tasks in a project management toolEmpathyAdaptability
